How to use this page: source grades and dates
This page is the master list of sources for every figure and regulatory statement on xiaopoxian.si. Each entry gives the organisation, the title of the document or page, the date, the link, its main use on this site and its source grade. Most recent full check: 2026-10-24. Rules may change, and the organisation's latest documents prevail.
Dates are written in two ways. Where a document has a publication, revision or effective date, that date is given. Where a web page carries no date, "2026-10" is given, meaning the version this site accessed in October 2026. Where a web page shows a "last updated" date, that date is given.

Items awaiting verification and how they are checked
This site has not yet obtained verifiable original texts for the following items, so they are described only qualitatively in the text and do not appear as specific figures:
Standard disclosure for premium financing in Singapore: Singapore has no mandatory standard disclosure document similar to Hong Kong's IFS-PF, while MoneySense provides consumer warnings on universal life policies paid for with borrowed money. The text says "approved independently by the lender under its credit policy; the loan agreement governs", with the HKMA's Important Facts Statement in Hong Kong as a reference.
Other asset-based criteria for Accredited Investors (such as the cap on counting the primary residence and the net financial assets test): section 4A of the Securities and Futures Act in its current form prevails.
Fees charged by LPA certificate issuers: set by each certificate issuer, with the latest information from MSF / the Office of the Public Guardian prevailing; the formal requirements for wills now cite the original text of the Wills Act 1838 on SSO.
Tax treatment of employee benefit premiums: current IRAS rules and the company tax adviser's advice prevail.
The Hong Kong Insurance Complaints Bureau's (ICB) jurisdictional limit and the legislative progress of Hong Kong's PPS: for the former, the ICB website prevails; for the latter, as at 2026-10 there is no public record of a bill having been introduced into the Legislative Council, and announcements by the Legislative Council and the IA prevail.
Individual income tax treatment of overseas policies held by mainland residents: there is no specific statement from the State Taxation Administration, so consult a mainland tax professional.
When CareShield Life cover starts for new PRs, and the percentages of the CPF graduated rates: the CPF Board's current pages and rate tables prevail.
How sources are checked: each time a page is updated, the links in the tables above are opened to check figures and dates. When an organisation updates its page, the latest version replaces the old one and the "most recent check" date on this page is revised. Where this site differs from an organisation's original text, the original text prevails.
